How it works

Step 1

Book a discovery call

Connect with us to find out how we can support your organisation. We would love to hear from you about some of the main pressures and challenges that your workforce faces. Together, we can start considering the areas of health that your staff would benefit from improving. Our discovery call is completely free of charge and we will follow up with a written proposal.

Initial analysis

If you decide to go ahead, we will first learn as much as we can about your organisation’s specific circumstances. Getting to know how you work will enable us to tailor our programme to your needs. The initial analysis can include consultations with key stakeholders, review of relevant policies or a confidential survey of your workforce.

Step 2

Step 3

Delivery

Using the information and data we have gathered during the initial analysis, we will complete a customised programme addressing the specific needs of your employees. Our programmes range from single events such as company-wide talks and seminars to series of lectures and workshops, delivered both in-person and virtually.

Post delivery analysis

Results matter - that is why we want to know how your organisation has benefitted from the programme. We will arrange a post-delivery survey to measure outcomes and relate them to the problem areas we identified. If we have any future events planned, we will factor these outcomes into our next delivery. As continuing development has the best rates of success, we will share a follow-up plan with you to address any remaining barriers.

FAQs

How much does it cost?

Our initial discovery call is free of charge, with no strings attached. You can book it by clicking the button above.

Our Keynote and Workshop prices are £2,150+VAT and £6,450+VAT respectively. Because every organisation is different, we do not provide a one-size-fits-all service. We consider your organisation's specific goals when designing each event.

If you decide to work with us on creating a bespoke Programme for your organisation, we will prepare a tailored step-by-step proposal with pricing. Finalising the package will be a collaborative process.

What topics do your health and wellbeing seminars cover?

Our seminars cover a range of evidence-based topics that support both physical and mental wellbeing, including stress management, sleep and performance, nutrition, exercise, burnout prevention, resilience, and maintaining long-term health at work.

We have also delivered targeted educational sessions on topics such as neurodiversity at work, menopause, suicide prevention, digital wellbeing, or men’s mental health.

Who delivers the seminars?

All of our sessions are delivered by experienced and qualified medical doctors with expertise in physical and mental health. Our aim is to translate medical science and data into practical strategies that employees can apply in their daily lives.

Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?

We can deliver our sessions in person, virtually and on a hybrid basis. We will discuss with you which format best suits your teams and working arrangements.

How can your events benefit our organisation?

Improving employee wellbeing can lead to increased productivity, reduced sickness absence, improved morale, better teamwork, and greater employee retention.

We work with organisations to tailor our sessions to their workforce, industry, and specific wellbeing priorities to ensure the content is relevant and impactful.

How long are your sessions?

We deliver sessions from 30-60 minute keynote talks to full day interactive workshops. Our programmes range from single events to comprehensive wellbeing programmes, depending on the needs of your organisation.

How many people can attend a session?

Our sessions can accommodate small leadership groups, team workshops, or large company-wide audiences.

How often should companies provide health and wellbeing training?

The frequency and structure of health and wellbeing training is closely related to your industry and organisation size. Many organisations start with individual sessions and gradually build a comprehensive health and wellbeing programme across the year.

Based on our experience with delivering programmes for a wide range of companies, we are able to propose a well-balanced structure of sessions which will be both informative and engaging for your employees.

How do you measure the impact of your programmes?

Post-delivery analysis is an integral component of our Workshops and Programmes. We strive to provide actionable insights so you can see what really works. There are several methods for conducting our post-delivery analysis, including feedback and questionnaires, and we will set out our suggested analytics in our initial proposal.

Do you offer bespoke wellbeing programmes for leadership teams?

Health and wellbeing have a special two-pronged role in leadership. First, leaders are often seen as role models in addition to being the first points of contact who can identify health and wellbeing barriers in their teams. Second, leadership positions carry with them unique pressures and stress factors which leaders need to learn to manage. Providing training to your leadership on both of these aspects will promote the overall health and wellbeing of your organisation.

If you would like to discuss bespoke leadership programmes with us, book a discovery call using the button above.

What does it mean when you say your seminars are “evidence-based”?

We anchor all of our sessions in current medical and scientific evidence. The content is prepared and delivered by practising doctors who are subject to continuing professional development requirements. By using objective data, we avoid biases and provide effective insights.

Do you provide resources or follow-up materials for employees?

Depending on the specific topics, we typically provide practical take-home resources to help employees apply the strategies discussed in the sessions.

Do you provide newsletter services?

A regular and targeted newsletter delivered straight to your employees’ inboxes is a great way to maintain a focus on health and wellbeing without overwhelming your staff. We create a bespoke newsletter for each organisation we work with, and we can integrate it into your existing DEI calendar.
